1. To receive inquiry for pop up functions by telephone and walk-in guest.
接受客人关于宴会信息的询问和接待来店客人。
2. To assess the physical requirements of the proposed function and/or groups (number of pax, time, and type of function) and reserve an appropriate venue for the client in the banquet reservation book and appropriate sleeping rooms in the hotel.
确认宴会或团队有形的需求，如人数，时间和宴会形式。同时为客人在宴会厅预留一个适当的场地，在酒店里预留相应的客房。
3. To discuss with the clients further details pertaining to an event and/or group stay, menu, beverage, budget, miscellaneous arrangements, room types, benefits, etc.与客人讨论会议或团队的附属的相应细节，如菜单，饮料，预算，杂项的安排，房型等。
4. To follow up with clients based on the signed contract and finalize all the arrangements.
在合同签订的条件下，跟进会议的进行以及做好会议前的最后确认
