1.向總經(jīng)理提供專業(yè)的建議及行政上的支持,以達(dá)到酒店的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo);Provides a professional, advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals. 2.參與開拓和實(shí)施酒店和部門的政策規(guī)定;Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedure for the department and hotel. 3.在酒店指導(dǎo)方針指引下,協(xié)助總經(jīng)理規(guī)劃年度預(yù)算,制定市場戰(zhàn)略及促銷計劃;Plans and develops annual budget, marketing strategies and promotion plans with General Manager based on hotel and corporate guidelines. 4.設(shè)定并達(dá)到酒店目標(biāo),銷售及預(yù)算收入;To set and meet hotel objectives, sales target and budgeted revenues. 5.開拓和實(shí)施酒店市場銷售計劃;Development and implement hotel’s Sales and Marketing plans. 6.制定酒店價格策略及銷售目標(biāo); Establishes pricing strategies and sales targets for the hotel. 1.通過與總部聯(lián)系,確保所有市場銷售活動的順利完成;Liaises with Corporate office to ensure execution and smooth flow through of all Sales & Marketing initiatives. 2.參與總部發(fā)起的市場銷售活動; Participates in head office initiated sales and marketing events. 3. 保持與集團(tuán)內(nèi)各市場銷售部門的溝通互動,很好拓展銷售機(jī)會。Coordinates with all Sales & Marketing departments within the company to maximize sales opportunities. 4.針對目標(biāo)市場組織本地及海內(nèi)外銷售拜訪及產(chǎn)品展示;Conduct Domestic and Overseas Sales Trips and Trade Shows to target market. 5.在海內(nèi)外各有關(guān)行業(yè)、社區(qū)推廣酒店;Represents and promotes the hotel to all sectors in the community locally and overseas. 1.監(jiān)督市場銷售部各部門的整體運(yùn)作以保證符合酒店及集團(tuán)方向。 Monitor daily operations of each departmens of Sales and Marketing team to ensure the same direction of the hotel and the hotel group. 2.管理部門內(nèi)部運(yùn)作,保證部門設(shè)施完備,運(yùn)行正常;Manages departmental changes and ensuring processes and required infrastructure are in plac 3. 監(jiān)控市場銷售部的部門及個人銷售及服務(wù)業(yè)績,以確保完成市場銷售部各項指標(biāo)(含客人滿意度指標(biāo))。 Monitor S&M department and individual sales performance to ensure meet all S&M targets (including GSI). 4.督導(dǎo)及激勵包括預(yù)定部在內(nèi)的所有市場銷售部員工為完成酒店經(jīng)營目標(biāo)而努力;To provide supervision, drive and motivate Sales & Marketing Team including reservations to achieve results. 5.不斷檢驗(yàn)和監(jiān)督客戶預(yù)訂和網(wǎng)上訂房情況, 監(jiān)控并保持酒店良好網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共形象; Constant review and monitor sales account and online activities and maintain good hotel image on the web. 6.管理特殊項目及其他相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù);Manages special projects and other business related enterprises. 7. 通過拜訪客戶等,密切注視客戶的活動及需求,必要時予以調(diào)整。Visit accounts with sales and monitors accounts activities,find the requirements and makes adjustments when necessary. 8.處理與客人的關(guān)系和提供所需服務(wù),包括客戶和客人的需求,酒店產(chǎn)品知識,銷售效率,溝通能力及各類反饋信息含投訴;Manages guest relations and client services including guest and client need, product and service knowledge, sales effectiveness, communication skills and guest and client feedback/complains. 9.確保部門資源的高效利用;Ensures efficient utilization of departmental resources. 10. 控制部門各項耗費(fèi)及預(yù)算;Manages departmental expenses and budget. .監(jiān)督每月各類報表的制定;Monitor monthly outlook/forecast for rooms and catering. 2.確保文件及相關(guān)資料的存檔;Ensures files, correspondence and other relevant business documentation are maintained. 3.每周例行召開市場銷售會議以檢驗(yàn)和評估酒店業(yè)績,銷售策略及市場細(xì)分策略,使酒店的經(jīng)營利潤達(dá)到最優(yōu)化;Conduct weekly sales and revenue meeting to review & evaluate on hotel performance, pricing grid, sales strategies and distribution strategies methods to increase business for the hotel with maximum results. 4.召開月度、季度性會議以檢驗(yàn)銷售人員的表現(xiàn);Conduct monthly quarterly sales performance meeting to review on sales personnel performance. 5.參加每周舉行的市場傳媒溝通會議以檢驗(yàn)和集體討論公關(guān)活動,客房及餐飲有關(guān)促銷活動,保證酒店對國內(nèi)外媒體的高度關(guān)注;To participate in weekly MARCOM meeting to review and brainstorm on PR activities, F&B and rooms promotions for the hotel, to ensure high awareness of the hotel in both local and international media. 6.出席部門總監(jiān)每日例會及營運(yùn)會議; Attend Department Head Daily Briefing and Operations Meeting. 1. 管理市場銷售部門內(nèi)部人力資源,包括選擇招聘人員,培訓(xùn)部門員工,團(tuán)隊建設(shè),員工表現(xiàn)評估等。 Manages human resources within the department including selection & recruitment, training & development, team building, staff performance planning and review. 2.確保為每位員工提供工作所需各種設(shè)備工具并保證有效運(yùn)行;To ensure that all necessary working tools and equipment are provided to all staff in order to function efficiently. 3.確保部門所有員工了解各自工作職責(zé); To ensure staff in the department is aware of their duties & responsibilities. 4.表揚(yáng)和獎勵工作優(yōu)秀的員工Giving encouragement and praise for excellent staff.; 1.堅持酒店安全制度,熟悉財產(chǎn)安全、緊急救護(hù)及火警的處理程序。Be familiar with hotel safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures. 2.熟知信貸政策 Is Fully aware of Credit Policy 3.遵守酒店及青島尚美雅高瑞享的政策及程序。Abide by both the hotel and M?venpick by Accor Qingdao Sunmei policies and procedures. 1. 充分了解酒店政策和程序,確保在酒店指導(dǎo)方針內(nèi)安全的實(shí)施和傳達(dá) Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same 2. 知道所負(fù)職責(zé),遵守職業(yè)道德,了解并遵守有關(guān)于職業(yè)健康和安全的法律和政策 Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures 3.熟悉財產(chǎn)安全,急救,和火災(zāi)等急救狀況的處理程序,會安全地操作相關(guān)設(shè)備 Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly 4. 能及時阻止和通報潛在的危險并通知保安部 Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of Security Department potential dangers 5. 根據(jù)酒店要求,安全事件及意外事故的記錄在案 Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements 6. 熟知各部門的安全制度并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行 Well know the safety regulations of all departments and strictly carry out it . 7. 確保飯店經(jīng)營所需資金、物品安全,不流失、不受侵害; Be responsible of fund and goods safety for hotel operation and eliminate the payment loss. 8.采用一切可行的技防物防手段,加強(qiáng)安全防范; Improve safety and take the measures of guarding conducted by technology and combinations 9. 保證在酒店的人員人身,財產(chǎn)的安全 Ensure the safety of personnel and property in hotel 10. 防止發(fā)生危害國家安全和利益的非法集會、展覽等政治事件; Prevent from allowing gathering, meeting and exhibitions which are deemed dangerous to nation, illegal, or in conflict of national interest 11. 防止發(fā)生經(jīng)濟(jì)合同詐騙,給企業(yè)造成損失; Prevent financial loss of hotel from business crime and fraud 12. 在策劃大型銷售活動中,要及時與保衛(wèi)部溝通,制定安全方案; Keep in touch with Security Department when major sales activity happens and make contingency plan 13. 做好安全保密工作,保管好飯店客戶檔案,防止企業(yè)機(jī)密的泄漏; Ensure confidentiality of all hotel related business documents and clients details 14. 了解、掌握各種安全、危機(jī)應(yīng)急預(yù)案,一旦發(fā)生問題,負(fù)責(zé)按照危機(jī)應(yīng)急預(yù)案執(zhí)行。 Understands and follows the guidelines of safety, Crisis Management and Emergency Management when problems arise.
